Returns & Refunds Policy

90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, contact us within 90 days of the delivery date and we'll refund your purchase price. This applies to any reason, including change of mind and if the product does not fit your switch.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM
Please take reasonable care of the item. We may reduce your refund if the item has been damaged through misuse. Each piece is 3D printed, so small variations in size, finish and color tone are normal and are not defects.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at lootnest.media@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply within 2 business days. Please contact us before sending anything back.

RETURN SHIPPING
After you contact us, we will tell you whether the item needs to be sent back. In many cases we will refund you without requiring the item to be returned. If a return is required, we will give you the instructions and the address, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or not the one you ordered, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund your purchase at no cost to you, including shipping.

DELAYED ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed in 3 to 4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and are typically 7 to 15 business days, though some destinations may take longer. If we cannot ship your order within the time we told you, we will email you with a new date and you may choose to cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS
Once your refund is approved, we will send it to your original payment method, in the same currency you paid, within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If you do not see your refund after that time, contact us.
Import duties, customs fees and local taxes: if you paid these to customs or the carrier, they are handled by the customs authority of your country and we cannot refund them directly.

COMPATIBILITY
This product is designed for Type 86 wall switches (square, 8.6 x 8.6 cm) and may not fit the standard wall plates used in your country. Please check your wall plate before ordering. If it does not fit, it is covered by the 90-day guarantee above.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU, UK AND OTHER REGIONS WITH THIS RIGHT)
If you live in a country where the law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase (for example, the European Union and the United Kingdom, usually 14 days from receiving your order), you may cancel your order within that period without giving a reason by sending us a clear statement by email at lootnest.media@gmail.com. This right is in addition to our 90-day guarantee, and we will refund you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, request a refund and place a new order.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region, including legal guarantees that apply if goods are defective, not as described, or not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe. These rights cannot be excluded by this policy.
